Laboratory

We have invested in state-of-the-art testing equipment and employ a variety of tests to ensure our products’ reliability and safety:

Modern Equipment for Quality Testing

Our on-site Laboratory is equipped with modern testing equipment to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets international standards guidelines. We use advanced testing methods to assess product performance, durability, and safety under various conditions.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machines: Ensures the pipes can withstand high-pressure applications.
Tensile Strength Testers: Measures the strength and flexibility of the materials.
Impact Testing Equipment: Assesses the pipe’s resistance to physical stress and impact.
Heat Reversion and Dimensional Testing: Ensures the pipes maintain their shape and size under temperature variations.
Gravity Test: This test determines the density of the material to ensure it meets required specifications, which affects the durability and strength of the final product.
Melt Flow Index (MFI) Test: The MFI test measures the flow rate of melted polymer to evaluate the material’s viscosity and predict how well it will perform in extrusion processes.
Methylene Chloride Test: Used to assess the chemical resistance of PVC pipes, ensuring the material maintains its integrity when exposed to solvents like methylene chloride.
